Subscription & billing help

Where did you purchase your subscription?

Purchased through Apple

Open Apple’s subscription settings using the Apple Account you purchased with. Select your subscription and choose Cancel Subscription if available. Check the cancellation or expiry status shown by Apple.

Open Apple subscriptions

For Google Play, visit Google Play subscriptions. For a website purchase, email Blank Labs support from your purchase email address; cancellation is complete when support confirms it.

Cancellation and account deletion are separate

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel through the purchase channel above to stop future renewals.
