Apple App Store Purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed and administered by Apple under the App Store's terms. Blank Labs LLC cannot approve or issue an App Store refund directly.
To ask Apple to review a refund request, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple determines whether an App Store purchase qualifies for a refund under its rules and applicable law.
Google Play Purchases
Purchases made through Google Play are billed and administered through Google Play. Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
To review Google Play's refund process or request a refund through Google, visit Google Play refund help. A request may be routed to Google or Blank Labs under Google Play's rules and applicable law. Blank Labs does not control a refund determination made by Google Play.
Stripe Direct-Web Purchases
Website subscriptions are purchased through Stripe-hosted checkout and processed by Stripe. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or an offer displayed when you purchased expressly provides a refund right, website purchases and renewal periods that have started are generally non-refundable. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time except where required by law.
To request cancellation of future renewals, email help@blanklabs.io from the address used at checkout. Sending an email does not itself cancel the subscription; cancellation is complete when support confirms it. Canceling future renewals does not itself reverse or refund the current paid period.
Subscription Renewals
PeptidePal subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the applicable purchase channel. A renewal starts a new paid subscription period. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid a future charge. Account deletion, app deletion, and uninstalling PeptidePal do not cancel a subscription.
Promotional Guarantees
PeptidePal does not provide a standing money-back guarantee. A promotional guarantee applies only when explicitly displayed at the time of purchase and is governed by the eligibility rules, request deadline, and other conditions shown with that offer.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other purchase right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. If a non-waivable statutory right conflicts with this policy, that statutory right controls.

For an Apple App Store refund request, contact Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. For a Google Play request, use Google Play refund help. For questions about a Stripe direct-web charge, cancellation, displayed offer, or statutory right, email help@blanklabs.io and include the purchase email and transaction date. Do not send full payment-card details.
