Less “did I?” More clarity.
A calendar tells you what was planned. A dose history tells you what you recorded. Keep that distinction clear, with the details of completed doses available when you need them.

A timeline worth coming back to.
The most useful log is one you can understand weeks later. Record the details close to the moment, use consistent names, and leave uncertainty visible instead of filling in a guess.
Date and time
Record when the dose happened, not just the day it appeared on your schedule.
Amount and compound
Keep the recorded amount attached to the right compound. A number without its unit is an incomplete note.
Site and context
Keep the injection location with the entry so you can review both together at a check-in.
Prepare a history, not a highlight reel.
A useful record includes ordinary days as well as the ones you remember clearly. Review a defined period before an appointment, rather than jumping between a few standout entries. Check whether each item represents a completed dose or only a future plan.
If your earlier records are incomplete, start with what you know. It is better to preserve a gap than give an uncertain entry false precision. Keep any questions about that gap for your care team; a tracking app cannot infer a missing dose from the surrounding dates.

Consistency matters more than a perfectly filled timeline. Never invent an entry to protect a streak.
Choose the date range you want to discuss.
Look for unclear names, units, or incomplete entries.
Keep questions separate from confirmed details in the record.
A little more
clarity.
Is an upcoming dose part of my completed history?
No. An upcoming schedule entry is a plan, not evidence that you took a dose. Record completed doses separately.
Should I guess a missing entry?
Keep uncertainty explicit. An app cannot establish whether an unrecorded dose happened. Ask your care team how to handle uncertainty about medication.
Can I review the record at an appointment?
Yes. You can open your history and refer to the dates, amounts, and sites you entered. This page does not promise an export or clinician portal.
